My mom is Diane. She was diagnosed with a rare inoperable brain tumor, a meningioma. The tumor itself isn't rare but the location is, it is wrapped around her brain stem and is slowly killing her. She hasn't had an easy life, raising 4 kids after her husband died of lung cancer back in 2007. And then a family suicide several years later. She is the strongest person I know. She gets up no matter how much pain she is in and keeps going. Our family never had much money. My dad was the one who worked, somehow providing for 6 on a salary of 19 bucks an hour. Now my mom barely makes it by on his pension and disability. She said before she goes blind or unable to fully walk, her dream is to see Yellowstone. And it hurts my heart I cant make that happen without help. I would just like to for once give my mom something after years of her giving herself for us all.
