Have you ever had a panic/anxiety attack? What happened and how did you get over it? Also, is there a difference between an anxiety attack and a panic attack?

In 7th grade we had to do a swimming unit in PE. Every class I would get super bad anxiety and a stomachache. Every class I had to get out of the pool because emy stomachache was so bad. One day before school I had a panic/anxiety attack because i felt like i physically couldn't go to school and if I did, something bad would happen. My mom made me go to school anyway.

Yes I have. Someone pulled a gun on me. And I hade a full out panic attack

Yes in fact i have not too long ago i think it was more like heartburn but i was panicking .
I was doing work and still had so much to do at 11 at night and panicked until i literally couldnt breathe and then my chest and throat burned like a soggy horse crap and i started gagging, i would have thrown up, but there was nothing TO throw up, so i just gagged in a toilet bowl like an idiot. Ive also had larygospasm... Look it up,

I am in orchestra and my orchestra teacher is.... not the nicest person. I am terrified of him. He seems to DESPISE me.
Every time I have to go to orchestra I have a panic attack and start crying and end up skipping orchestra and blaming it on bad internet.
I am not doing orchestra next year.
