17 Spooktacular Halloween-Themed Cat Photos From Our Annual Contest

All cats are beautiful, so winning a spot in our calendar does not just depend on how beautiful your cat is. Other parameters such as high-quality photos, creativity and originality play a very important part when it comes to selecting the winning entries that will make the calendar. Make sure you submit landscape and portrait photos, and at least one seasonal photo (Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc.) but don’t stop there! Your kitty could be our next cover girl/boy if you submit a truly stunning close-up pic!

We love getting entries from all over the world! Going through them is always the best part but sometimes it gets even better when participants also share the heartwarming rescue story behind the cat in the picture or when they tell us they’d love to see their late cat featured in our calendar and submit an "in memoriam" entry.

While we encourage the participants to submit at least one seasonal photo, we also ask them to submit other entries that could be featured on any month of the year or even the cover of our calendar. We issue several editions every year, so more cat people get a chance to have their fave seasonal entry featured.

The fact that our photo contest does not require professional photography skills, so that any cat mom or dad with a beautiful cat and a smartphone camera can participate, sets us apart from any other photo contest.
