Baltimore musician Paul O'Sullivan thought it would be funny to add a bunch of other Paul O'Sullivans on Facebook. Over time, he realized that the other Paul O'Sullivans were fellow musicians. Naturally, they started a band together. They wrote a song called "Namesake," and released a music video for the song on February 4th, 2020. They've never met each other in real life. They recorded the song (and filmed the music video) completely remotely. Each Paul O'Sullivan is from a different region of the world. Specifically, the members are from: Baltimore, Maryland; Manchester, England; Rotterdam, Netherlands; and San Diego, California.
