It is no wonder that Carol Levy's childhood fascination for "Make And Do" influenced the rest of her life. The Toronto marketing and graphic design agency she started up in the 80's (The Freelance Portfolio) continues to thrive. In 2000 she added a contract packing facility (Repack Canada).

With employees pitching in to weed and water, Carol's first urban garden at work has created a source for healthy lunches. Any employee willing to pitch in and make the garden a success has access to a fresh nutritious salad.
"Some of our plants didn't do as well as others, but we will figure it out, try again next year and improve it!" Carol promises.
