Hello. I'm 18 years old singer song writer from Vilnius, Lithuania. I'm making electronic, dream pop, 80's inspired music. I've been writing songs for about 4 years now and this is actually the first song that I wrote. I started making music with acoustic guitar, I didn't know how to play it very well, my singing also wasn't very good. For the first time I played my music to someone it was my sister. My voice, hands were shaking. I was thinking to myself "what a hell am I doing, this song isn't even any good, I probably sound like a crying cat, not like a good singer", but my sister encouraged me, and said that I must keep going on with my music. Now it's about 4 years since that day and I'm extremely happy about inprovement that I've made. Not so long ago I decided to record my first song, and make an electronic version of it. Idea for the video came naturally. I always liked fantasy, mystical creatures and otherworldly things. So with huge help from two of my friends Laura Stukonyte and Milda Matuzonyte who agreed to film me I made a video about how our reality conflicts with our dream world. I also was very inspired by youtube makeup tutorials from people who paint their faces to look like some magical creatures. So I painted my whole face, which took me about 1.5 hours, dressed up like an urban gothic fairy who's catching butterflies and went out like that. Video recording was lots of fun. To say the true, with all that painted face and costume I felt much more like my real self than I do without it. I'm extremely thankful to all the people who smiled at me when I walked by. One girl even asked me am I a real person, or only a vision she sees and that was amazing! And I'm also extremely not thankful to whose who frowned, stared at me angrily and shouted mean comments. Anyway, I'm really proud about this work of mine. I don't usually listen to my songs, because almost always when I hear my own voice I get hundreds of heart attacks, but to me this song and video is the most preacious thing that I've made. I hope you will enjoy it! :)

WHEN COLORS CHANGE TO NEGATIVES IT SYMBOLISES THE FALL TO THE DREAM WORLD
