Gelarto, a creative cafe in New York, USA, has prepared a new trend for the upcoming summer of 2018. They had an interesting idea to combine Italian and Japanese cuisines by creating a new type of ice cream that you can eat with chopsticks – because they look like sushi!
They aren't actually the first in the world to do this, but the precision of each of them makes them easy to confuse with the real sushi rolls, and the colors are something that makes them fun. There are 46 flavors available at this moment, so everyone would definitely find their favorite one. Let‘s hope they‘ll spread around the world soon so we could try them ASAP!
