Food delivery workers are the saviors of our Friday nights at home. They bring us pizza and allow us the joy of indulging in our laziness along with it. Sometimes, however, they also add a little extra.
There's a Twitter account called "Suspicious DMs". It shares funny, weird, and even creepy messages that people receive from others, and (not) surprisingly, delivery workers are quite a popular category among both the senders and receivers.
From using ridiculous memes to announce their arrival, to obnoxiously hitting on a client... it's all there!
The Postmates spokesperson said they, "have specific policies and community standards in place to prevent tampering; investigate all reported order irregularities; take prompt action against any accounts suspected of tampering with orders; and work with any impacted customers to ensure a prompt resolution of any issues they report."
"We're also engaged in active discussions with lawmakers and other stakeholders to develop a regulatory framework for the safety of food delivery," they added.
