El Arroyo is a pretty well-known Tex-Mex restaurant in Austin, Texas. According to their website, they're the "last queso stop before a bunch of yoga studios," but they aren't just famous for their food. Oh no. What really puts El Arroyo on the map is their brilliant sign. As the restaurant itself points out, "it's kind of a big deal," and it even has its own Instagram account with over 34k followers. The sign, which is changed on a daily basis, features everything from popular culture references, satirical statements, quirky observations and more than a few jokes.
