Just when you thought Instagram had reached its maximum capacity for cute puppy meter, Puffie the Chow came along. We're not really sure if he's a fluffy dog, a teddy bear, or a marshmallow, but he's probably going to run away with your heart, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Puffie, also dubbed as the potato dog, was born in China on February 13th, 2017, but it wasn't until early June that he arrived at his forever home in Malaysia as a birthday gift. His new mom fell in love with the cute dog at first sight and immediately began sharing his daily adventures on Instagram - as well as the lengthy naps that always follow them, of course. His audience of now 42.8 thousand dotes on his every pounce, and he hasn't even been here for a year yet.
Chow Chows are known for more than just being a cute dog breed with excessive, luscious fur and dark blue tongues. They have unique spirits and are famously stubborn when it comes to training, change, and dealing with people they don't know. They can also be lazy, funny dogs, that are overly attached to their humans. For the lucky owners of this ancient Chinese breed, it's all part of the Chow Chow charm.
