Fine Art Or Conceptual Photography?

I took these photos at the beach as part of my fine art/conceptual series because I wanted to try some new edition techniques I've been studying from some artists that inspire me. It took me around an hour to complete each one. I composed the first photo (the girl holding the umbrella) directly from the camera (during the shoot), there was a tree trunk lying on the sand and I told her to stand on it with the umbrella and that was it, I think the lighting was just perfect (photo taken during the golden hour), I consider this photo more like a fine art rather than conceptual.
The second photo (the girl lying on the sand) was taken
at the beach too, the only photo manipulation I did was to clone the lantern in photoshop (maybe you try to guess what is the original lantern), I think I can categorize this one as conceptual, what do you think?
As a photographer I like to try different styles, if you want to take a look at my eclectic work you can check my Instagram profile: @imassoudphotolab https://www.instagram.com/imassoudphotolab/
I'll be posting more of my photography and theater work here so stay tuned!
