Oscar came to our family in a box and turned out it was full of surprises. Beagles are punk rockers among dogs, notorious for their stubborn behavior, strong character and in the same time really cute personality with lot of affection towards humans. Real life Oscar is no different. He’s a nine years old Beagle hound with some health issues (diabetes) that became superhero, main character in series of Children books.
While reading to my kid, I found that in many classical tales something was missing. And then it just clicked. I had a perfect character in my home already, with tons of crazy mischievous stories behind him. The idea for Oscar’s Adventures was born, and couple of months later I’m raising funds on Indiegogo to finish and publish three books about Oscar. Stories emphasize trust and learning from mistakes, teaches the value of friends and family. Oscar’s superpower is inside his incredible nose, and beagles are not shy about using their super sense. I believe that every person has special powers to, they just need a way to unlock them. Maybe Adventures of Oscar the Beagle can help you and your kid to realize how to fulfill hidden potential.
