What You Will Do:
- Manage workflow in finding props, costumes, coordinating set design teams and the direction of all talent during the production;
- Collaborate and work closely with Producer and Senior Coordinator;
- Work closely with the team to meet production and delivery deadlines;
- Create time-efficient and effective workflow processes;
- Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines;
- Work closely with directors - helping them to fulfill their creative ideas and manage their filming schedules;
- Manage actors - hiring, organizing their filming timeline;
- Assist in securing production locations and look for additional crew members if necessary.
What We Expect:
- To have experience in television or film/video production is a plus;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel;
- Excellent attention to detail.
