'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.

Drill a 3" diameter hole on top board gently, then get the plates. After that apply wood glue to the hole edges. And finally, place the left over circular piece of wood from the first step

It appears to be a sliding door. Slooowly slide and watch. If the dishes stay in place and you can open so that the stile touches the edge or the outside bowl you may be able to insert a thin flat object to push back and hold while sliding it open further. Then grab the bowl.

Become a speedster and vibrate at the same frequency as the glass, this should allow you to pass your hand through the glass and put the plates back to the way they were.
