Drop whatever you're doing, we have a situation in here! A stay-at-home mother has posted a picture of the 'impossible to open' cupboard and she needs your tips to open it without destroying these precious porcelain plates.
'A cupboard that can never be opened,' - read the caption. Of course, you can never throw words like 'never' online because soon after posting, the army of kind-hearted internauts came pouring in (16,000 reactions and 456 comments) to help this lady with getting her plates to safety.
What would you do in this situation? Post your answers below!
Update: The photo was actually taken after an earthquake in the Tottori Prefecture on October 21st, in a hotel owned by the Kishida family.

1. Remove pane of glass on the right.
2. If that can't be done, fill tall stock pot with water. Open door slowly.
3. Using glass cutting bit, drill hole in pane. Use dowel rod through the hole to hold rice bowls in place while someone else opens door.

Logic leads me to ask : Does the door indeed slide? If it does, where does it slide to? Is there a second sliding door, out of view to the right? Can that door be opened at all? If so, you can either reach in and retrieve the dishes one by one, or maybe even push said door against the dishes to secure or shift them enough to open the door and grab them in stacks.

Just open up the door and see how much destruction it may yield out of it. It's a part of fun if not life as a whole

you can get a big bucket and put a pillow inside the bucket. And let the plate fall in the the bucket.

I think you can open right side of the cabinet while you hold the other side of the cabinet then you close the right side of the cabinet then release your hand from the left side of the cabinet.

Blame Obama, call Hillary a crook and elect Trump. Watch Trump smash all the plates in the neighborhood. Don't worry the middle class will buy new ones from his friends.

Burn the cupboard, then then take out the slightly melted bowls. Then blame the fire on someone you hate.
