280k people on Instagram know Vera Shimunia as an embroidery master who creates amazing landscape scenes using a thread instead of paint. Bored Panda already shared her works of art which, over time, have become even more complex than they were a few years ago. If you're curious to see how her work has evolved, check out her creations from 3 years ago.
There is nothing better for an artist than their hard work being recognized by others. After she shared her first “paintings,” people were so fascinated that some of them wanted to have a piece of what Vera created. Now she sells her embroidery on Etsy, where people from all around the world can buy extraordinary and scrupulously made wall decorations, magnets, and postcards.
Bored Panda contacted Vera to see how she is doing now. Inspiration is something a lot of artists find important in their work. Vera revealed that now she lets herself and especially her eyes rest more and feel that creative flow reach her.
