During a heated meeting in a very matter a fact tone he proclaimed " I can replace you all today" Also any time he hires a new person he thinks will do great (our turnovers are very high for new reps) he will pick on someone and say something like "they will have your chair very soon". He's also just an all-round asshat of a man and has no idea how to be professional although that would be an absolute shock to his ego. Anyway moral of the story here is if your boss is an ass. Run very very fast away arms flailing and pockets a little emptier but tots worth it.
