Museums are full of beautiful art paintings and sculptures, but most of the ordinary people have never seen them (which is a pity). I would like to move the museum exhibits closer to our day to day life and I offer you the possibility to wear clothes reminding you the most famous world painters.
My collection is inspired by baroque epoch, which was seeking the universal ideal in the nature and left us outstanding paintings full of beauty, harmony and passion.
The dress is inspired by painter Jan Davidsz de Heem, who lived in the 17th century and was considered one of the greatest painters of still lifes in the Netherlands of his time. His remarkable talent gained him considerable reputation. He was combining a brilliance and harmony of color along with an accurate rendering of objects. The flowers are taken from a picture “Still Life with Flowers in a Glass Vase” which is in Rijksmuseum Amsterdam.
