I Met Some Air Balloons In The Morning, And This Was Like A Dream

Foggy, mornings of autumn are beautiful, but more, when you watch it from above, as the first rays of sun touch the land and fog is lit by them. I live now in Székesfehérvár, Hungary, where mountains are very rare, but if you drive a little bit, you can find some higher places, with great view to East. I did this in the beginning of September, and successfully catched the sunrise from the top of Csúcsos-hegy, near the village Nadap.

Then, in the spreading red light, two little points showed up on the horizont... Two hot air balloons, which pilots, i guess, wanted to do the same as me : being dazzled by the rising sun, and by the feeling of being over everything. They were in the range of my 300mm tele lens, and the foggy red horizon gave a dream-like mood to the scene, like they are floating in the lght, so calm and eternal. Should I mention that i shot a lot of photos? My equipment is not great, but for this mood, i think, it's not essential to have sharp details.

So enjoy the floating, and feel the peace of being above the land :)

(The last 4 pictures are from 2016, when i accidentally met with a balloon race near to the place i shot the photos on the top - it was spectacular, too, but i wasn't at the best spot, and there were not so beautiful lights.)
