Hi! My name is Grace. I love to chase my toys and sing to my favourite songs. My moms' were so scared the first time it happened. I was so excited when my favourite song came on that I started singing. I remember feeling kind of weird. It was like I couldn't control my body. I didn't feel any pain, but everything seemed to be passing by in slow motion. When I finally came to, I was in their arms. I felt so safe!
Countless of pets suffer from seizures every day. Most people think of full body convulsions, but they don't always show up like that. Grace was showing involuntary movements in her back end.
We saw Grace in her own home after her parents contacted us for help. We are a vet and tech team that volunteer our time to help families that have the will but not the means to provide vet care for their pets.
