Do They Deserve A Tip?

If a waitress/waiter/delivery person gives lousy service, then NO TIP.Just because they're showing up is not reason enough for a tip!Ex: Waitress says:"Can I take your order? You ask questions & she knows Nothing about soup of the day desserts available etc. To me & I learned from some well heeled waitresses. Waitress that can't answer simple questions as mentioned doesn't deserve more than a buck or two for her "service". A SMART waitress has that written down so she doesn't have to keep leaving your table to go find out the answers! 😉 I can't believe how these people demand "x" amount of dollars for a tip regardless if it was earned or not. I will not be bullied into how much I should leave for a tip in the first place!
