The dawn of the webcomic was akin to an uncomfortable high school prom date, with the pair being Reality and Silly Drawing. Whilst in the gymnasium full of judgmental classmates and chaperones, they would awkwardly sway, not quite dancing, holding polite conversation but simultaneously trying not to be seen interacting too much.
Once the the promenade ended and onlooking attendees dispersed, the two sat alone in Silly Drawing’s mother’s Sedan where Silly Drawing fumblingly jammed its weird, inexperienced tongue deep into Reality’s mouth (and around). Reality accepted this as a future discussed and even expected, but wondered, “Is this really it? Will it ever get better?”
