Do you know what the latest street fashion trends are? Colombian illustrator Dave Salamanca decided to use Disney characters to showcase the best fashion looks out there! In his latest street fashion series, he recreates everyone's favorite Disney characters with designer clothes and accessories ready to hit New York Fashion Week!
His creations vary from beautiful Disney princesses such as Aurora, Cinderella, and Snow White to villains such as Captain Hook, Ursula, and Hades. You can also find many secondary characters that we all know too well from our childhood—Gaston from Beauty and the Beast, Zeus from Hercules, and Genie from Aladdin. All of them are dressed in fashionable attire posing for a pitch-perfect Instagram photo. Who could have thought that they’d fit in the modern world so well?
"It all started as a simple hobby and when I learned the graphic tools before starting university in Buenos Aires, I studied graphic design... I love drawing and I love Disney, so I wanted to join my two likes somehow and show a little of what I like and what I think. Why not make people laugh a little simply that way," says the artist to Bored Panda.
