Evil Ursula from The Little Mermaid is actually a judge who works in north-west Ukraine, Toy Story's Mr Potato Head is actually American TV personality Steve Harvey, Mrs Potato Head is in fact Nicki Minaj, and even Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde from Zootopia are real (although they clearly don't get along so well when they're not acting together...).
