And we are growing every day! This time, we are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working full-time Digital Video Content Strategist to join our 90-person team! You will be building, managing, executing, and growing a viral video content strategy!
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify the latest video trends on Facebook;
- Create content strategy for video acquisition and partnership;
- Be responsible for the video licensing process;
- Create content distribution strategy on Facebook and execute it;
- Understand your audience and set goals to reach them;
- Test and test your ideas until you succeed;
- Manage a viral video content plan budget;
- Manage and grow your team of video editors.
Requirements:
- Content marketing skills;
- Hands-on experience with viral video content strategy;
- Experience with video licensing, partnership with creators, and video acquisition;
- Passion for viral videos for Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram;
- Desire for video and social trends research;
- Strategic and forward thinking;
