My daughter's husband is emotionally abusive. He decided to take her two cats Oreo and Pepper and abandon them."Oreo" behind Bushes chicken on Bitters Rd in San Antonio, TX. The other "Pepper" behind CVS and Phil Hardberger park. He also claimed that they're just cats and can fend for themselves and to just get over it. They were her emotional support furbabies. They were raised indoors only since kittenhood. My daughter has him on doorbell camera just taking them one by one to his car. We called the SAPD and Animal Control Services but they did nothing to him. There are laws that state abandoning animals is illegal in the state of Texas. However, despite having the footage and text message of his intent he has gotten away with it. I'm trying to raise awareness and get justice for what he has so callously done. He's always putting her down about her weight. I've heard the way he speaks to her and she just a had a baby at the end of May. Now his mother is threatening me because I started a petition to get justice. She feels I'm attacking her son when in fact I just wanted him to have consequences for his cruel actions and to enlist the help of others in the area to hopefully find the two cats.
