You might go with the classic ones if asked to name a comedian. Bill Burr, Jim Carrey. However, we seem to underrate the comedians focusing on comics and literature. In this area, Mike Organisciak appears to have built quite a reputation. While you might not know the name (unless you’re a big fan), you will recognize the unique spice in his work — black comedy.
Dark or black, comedy can polarize people into two distinct groups. One side will laugh hysterically, while the other will let out a sea of boos. Dark humor comic strips seem to walk the line between the two perfectly. The person behind most of them? Mike Organisciak and his unexpected dark twists at the end.
While he’s not the only one to use such a comedy style, Organisciak is the most famous one. Why? His comics got posted from Facebook mom groups to Reddit humor subreddits. Mike Organisciak comics are found in every corner of the internet (if you look for them).
While you might know the person behind the comedy, you have to learn a thing or two about the comedy style itself. So, if you want to learn how dark comedy separated these humor comics from the rest — stick to the end of the post. Share the comics you like and your opinions about the twists in the comments.

What Does a Dark Sense of Humor Mean?
Humor is a rather charming characteristic a person should have. A well-timed comedic saying can change the situation and ease some tension. However, what does it mean to have a dark sense of humor? Well, like these comics with unexpected endings? Chances are, you have a dark sense of humor.
And it’s a good thing! It shows that you will find something to laugh about even in the darkest moments. However, don’t go cracking jokes about every bad thing that happened to humanity. That would mean you have a sick sense of humor. Instead, if you get a flat tire — don’t panic. Remember that you will have a reason to buy some new tires.
