You may either love or hate dark humor. Icelandic cartoonist Hugleikur Dagsson has built a huge following by finding comedy in the most unexpected places, and to be completely honest, even for seasoned comic fans, some of his comics can feel like they’re ‘too much.’
Known for his minimalist black-and-white style and often very sharp punchlines, the artist behind the series turns everyday situations into absurd, awkward, and hilariously dark scenarios. Beyond comics, Hugleikur is also a writer, comedian, and playwright, for whom humor is a way to deal with life’s chaos and challenges.
