I will start from the beginning. My interest started in childhood. When I was little, I made many toys for myself. When I was 9, my mother taught me how to knit and crochet. Then I started knitting clothes for dolls and my handmade toys. At school, I took an art exam in the 12th grade and the topic was sewn toys. During that exam, I predicted my future because I did not study sewing, but wood design and technology. But materials and threads have always interested me, reminding me of good pastimes and relaxation. When I had kids, they started drawing all kinds of criss-cross patterns. After seeing one of these drawings, I couldn't resist. The idea that it must be a toy immediately came to mind.
Later on, I showed my work to friends which they liked and it has escalated since then. Now my toys travel to various corners of the world.

Every time, the drawing is different and it demands special attention to detail. If it's a small toy, it can be made in one day. And if it's bigger and children draw many more elements, it might take two or three days. Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right thread colors. Perhaps even the longest process is the search for threads.

Unfortunately, I do not get to see children with my toys and their reactions since they are shipped by mail. But sometimes I get pictures of happy children, and even in the pictures, you can see how their eyes are shining. This is a great compliment and feels heartwarming for me.

There is no such as a favorite toy since they are all so unique. Everyone goes through their own challenges, and every toy has its story. Some share their stories and it becomes even more interesting to crochet the toy since I get to know a few facts about the author and the history of the drawing.
