Over three days, we encountered thousands of different pets and pet parents. Although there were many different personalities, one thing remained consistent - pet parents love their pets and would do anything for them. This enthusiasm energized us and reaffirmed the importance of making great pet care more accessible to pet parents.
We wanted to connect with pet parents to hear about the barriers they face when accessing excellent pet care. In exchange for their time, we aimed to provide them with a lasting memory of their pet to cherish.
