I can tell you how it happened to me from February 2022. I was and am now in Ukraine. This probably says a lot, each of you has the information and own opinion on the events which have occurred. In fact, I my loved ones thought it was not possible I remember February, a lot of started paintings that I could not finish, in the photo one of them actually there are many.
I couldn't understand what was happening to me, we had just come from a domestic trip, I had been dreaming about it for a long time. We were in the beautiful Ukrainian town of Kamyanets Podilskyi, walking in the castle, visiting museums, looking around. We planned to create a program for summer planners and return to this town during the warmer months with art gear and painting. I will post photos of this beautiful town later. Nothing foretold any creative crises, but...
Everything I tried to paint went no further, I would put the canvas away, get a new one, start a new idea and history would repeat itself. When I talked to my girlfriends and we discussed my current state, I said that I felt a huge surge of energy, but I could not create. I could not direct this new appeared energy to my creativity, I did not know what to do and the only thing, though very strange, I decided to sleep, sleep a lot. When my friends asked why I was sleeping, I had no answer for them. I really couldn't do anything and decided to relax, deciding "This is the way it needs to be" (maybe my body knows what to do, so be it).
This period of sleep in my life did not last long, maybe a couple of months, maybe less.
After that, something happened that we didn't expect. This will be in Part 2. I will tell you that "Burnout" as I thought it could be different and each time inspiration and creativity is influenced by very different and unexpected factors.
See you soon, your Oleksa.

An unpainted picture that will turn out things in a very short period of time. Things will happen very quickly. It depicts the "Orange Forest" in the area of Chernobyl, Ukraine, which was heavily dug up and disturbed by the Russian military, there was a great threat of radiation spreading. I can't explain to myself for what reason I started drawing radiation and the forest in the winter in peacetime, but that was it. The picture is still not finished.
