No matter the age, everybody loves a good dessert, and there's always room for it even after the heartiest meal. The treat itself can come in many different shapes, colors, and tastes, but if it's as beautiful as these bread loaves, the pleasure is not only for your taste buds but also for aesthetic sense.
Ran, a Shizuoka-born Japanese mom, who is working under the name of Konel Bread (previously here), makes amazing bread loaf art that hides a surprise inside. This Japanese baker is inspired by her son’s drawings and nature, and she turns this inspiration into creative designs that could be discovered only after cutting the bread.
From lively flowers to her son’s favorite cartoon characters, Ran shows that there’s no limit to her imagination when it comes to beautiful cakes. The best part of this whole process is that the baker uses natural flavors and colors, such as spinach, cocoa, and beetroot, staying true to the healthy Japanese food recipes.
