What You Will Do:
- Build & constantly improve digital content testing strategies for various projects;
- Work on maximizing traffic to our pages;
- Constantly analyze & optimize the ways we test our content;
- Closely collaborate with the Analytics team to drive major decisions and guidelines;
- Educate other teams on best practices;
- Identify new growth opportunities;
- Optimize spending & performance of our marketing campaigns.
What We Expect:
- Hands-on experience with digital growth hacking, digital product marketing or e-commerce growth projects;
- A few years' experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads;
- A/B testing experience;
- Being data-driven: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics;
- Ability to establish clear testing objectives and appropriate KPIs, translate test results into actionable business insights;
- Ability to understand and use digital tools, technologies and trends, then leverage those for client success, including research and discovery efforts;
- Ability to consistently perform against simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
