Movement plays an important role in my creative process and I transfer this activity to my paintings. My recent work employs texture with an emphasis on large palette knife work. I enjoy using acrylic for it’s quick drying time and find that it encourages me to layer vibrant colors in a fast expressive manner. This helps me convey a sense of energy in my paintings. I see my art as an ongoing journey and myself as a fortunate explorer.
