Management Tells Off This Employee For Using Their Days Off Not For Work, They Quit On The Spot

Frankly, if I was treated like this, it'd be the end of my employment at whatever place I was working at. I'd make a mental note to never work for any similar companies. My time out of my work schedule is personal... Just that. If my boss believes that I'm r******d enough to be owned by them, well, unfortunately for them, just the opposite is true. Besides, in most cases, you don't work for yourself. No. You work for someone else. And if you ask me, having a decent work and life balance is important.
