Born in 1969 at the Lake of Constance, I finished A-levels and started an apprenticeship as a photographer, before I moved to southern France to study philosophy and arts. After finishing university in Germany in the history of art and history in general I started working for publishers. 20 years ago I got independent with a book design company, specialized in precious books. Since then it really thrived. Today we are doing wonderful books for international publishing houses as well as museums, governments and also international nobility. Back home I have 6 more employees, my partner, Sarah, does all admin and quotations. All in all it is around 75 % books that we are doing and the rest is digital, websites or marketing and advertisement. We love what we do!
