Most comments are right: The complaints are what's racist. I mean, yes, the skin tone in that lighting is dark brown rather than black, but, seriously, if you see a person of colour in that picture and not a demon there's something wrong with you, not with Reinhardt.
Umm... I’m black. Thought the costume was cool. Doesn’t look like a black person - looks like a demon.
