Yes. It's almost as though people are allowed to draw whatever they like, regardless of negative Nancys like you.
I'm drawing on a Fujitsu Lifebook TH700 with Ubuntu and Krita! It's super handy and lots of pretty brushes and none of the Microsoft nonsense.
