This one is on you, OP. Just add the .ca to the image yourself. It's not that hard. These things are run through automation with limited manual checks in place. If you have such a special order, you absolutely have to call that in. And had they seen it and "got it right" it still wouldn't look good given how the image and the text gets displayed. That would take an actual designer to be involved in.
LOL - I just checked their web site. It also looks like they went with the cheapest price.
