John Smith, here are the facts from the reddit thread, since you're too lazy and just want to victim blame "It was a woman and a man, middle aged. They were upset at the consistency of their shake, I offered to remake it and they agreed. Went back inside, remade the shake, went back out. The woman still was upset about the shake consistency. I told her I could remake it again or give her a refund for the drink. She wanted a refund, so I went back inside to get their money. When I came back out they were yelling derogatory terms at me so I didn't say a word to them and just set the money on the table. Right as I was getting ready to head back as fast as possible the woman tossed the shake all over me and called me names. I yelled at her to leave and never come back or I would call the police. As I was walking back her husband launched 2 rt44 slushes at my back full force bruising me after which I told them I would be calling the police. It was labor day and we were very busy, they may have been gotten impatient about the 15 minutes wait as well.
