Lists, lots and lots of lists...... Also im a girl so I went to the doctor and they said its not hyper-active adhd is more of a focusing problem so they told me just to deal with it and I get no medications, just shows girls are under diagnosed :/ and they said they could give me meds but they think I can handle it till high school.
