this is incredible!! i know from experience how helpful and therapeutic it can be to do something creative during an anxiety attack. for me it's writing music, it feels so freeing to get everything i want to say out of me without having to explain it to anyone. it feels so good to know that i'm not the only one who does this. love you and your art xx
