Community MemberI live in a small village just outside Billund (Lego City) in western Denmark. I am 49 years old, a wife, a mother and a grandmother. My education is youth pedagogue, but I don’t work anymore because I am chronically ill. My faitful shadow is my Jack Russel terrier, Simba. He’s one crazy poppy, he can always make me smile.I’m very creative, I do all sorts of crafts. And I consider my self to be a free spirit 🌻

"I work with three years olds". Different way to describe a career in politics but OK :p
I flunked math from 1st grade on and ended up taking a Basic Arithmetic class at a local community college. Went on to Alg I, Alg II, Trig, Pre-calc, Calculus 1A , Calculus 1B, and Physics, all at community college. When your home life is s**t, you aren't going to learn. Once that pressure was off me, I was amazed at how easy it was to do math. Also remember, math is a linear subject. If you're not a linear person, it's going to be all but impossible to learn math. I was lucky. In Alg I, I had a fantastic teacher and a great book. If you're a teacher, you need to be able to teach in more than one way to reach the same conclusion. If you can't do that, you're lacking as a teacher.

A million years ago, I put the wrong thing in the wrong thing in chem class and blew up my lab area. I was kicked out of class because my cousin, two grades ahead, was a Chem genius, so it was "obviously" deliberate. Also got yelled at for excelling in English because same cousin was an idiot. 🤷♀️

OK, so that's down to the print shop for not checking.
