Someone once said that we can never truly know joy if we never experienced sorrow. Idk 🤷♀️ maybe that, even though it seems like so much suffering for such a thing, but also arrogant that we think we get to decide how the scales are balanced Do I believe in a god? Meh, I don't buy into religion, though I am open to the idea that we are not alone in this world, and are far from the masters of the universe.
If life was perfect, this would be Heaven. And it's clearly not Heaven. God never promised us there would be no suffering in this life. The rain falls on the good and the evil alike. I'm not sure why people take the existence of evil as proof that God doesn't exist.
