If you're making this a religious point: What did the poor dinosaurs do to p**s off a deity?

Universal healthcare, walkable cities, significantly cheaper cost of living, less chance of getting mvrdered at school, to name but a few.

Took me a minute to see, the gap between the skinny legs is actually the stripe on her pants and she's turned to her side.

When people are put under pressure you see how different people are. During a disaster people come together and share what little they have or a small number loot and steal. The looters end up on the news but none thinks that every disaster survivor is a looter. It's the same with childhood trauma, most go on to become good people and might even go into fields that help people avoid the same trauma. No-one thinks the minority are the stereotype at all. But the world is fascinated by female mürderers as they are rare and let's face it everyone has a backstory. Hope you're well lakota
These sorts of cases make me simultaneously sad and angry because of the stereotyping that inherently occurs. Not every ábused child grows up to kíll. Not every ábused child grows up hating the "representation" of their original ábuser. Most understand that their ábusers are evil themselves, and it's not "all elderly women" that are evil and must be hated. Juana Barraza had something else wrong with her that wasn't just "she was ábused as a child." But she was very clearly a victim herself and went through hell as a child. She needed help... but culturally speaking, mental health issues are not readily accepted by Mexicans, especially in the 60s/70s. (My mother experienced this growing up, and similarly became an ábuser herself.) This case is really just a shítty tragedy all around.

They also started this article with 60 points, making me click on it thinking it must be pretty good if that many people upvoted it (although that kind of dishonesty is on point with the subject of the article). What the heck, BP?!

Using the word "marginal" in a conversation with a 7 year old is, well, marginal.
