Well as the name says im a crazy plant lady!!! Owning a little over 40 and counting...I'm 15 and currently reside in the south...born and raised!!!

I manage 85 people in a unionized shop.... I tell them I need their help and they look at me like "I don't care what you need" so you resort to wording it as an instruction.... sad reality of unionized shops.
