They didn't cordon it off. They weren't blocking paths or walkways, nor had they blocked off an area of the grass in order to prevent people to walk through that area. If you consider that they were "blocking off" the area by just standing there and occupying it during the proposal/mariachi band playing, then we need to also ban people picnicking, having BBQs, sitting on blankets in the grass and reading, playing kickball/soccer/any sports with their kids in the grass, playing frisbee, etc. because then that is "cordoning off" a public space just as much as this proposal did.
Why are people so hung up on gender and s*x organs. We all have them. Live and let live.

Not exactly yet in uk, anpr cameras are to catch people with no car insurance, stolen cars, no mot. So you want those off the road in case they hit you and you get screwed. Flock cameras in usa are different, they collect data that's over the top, face recognition etc.

At least democrats can spell.
One of my pet peeves is how on cooking shows they constantly use metal utensils on non-stick pans. They're supposed to be professional chefs, they should know better.
