Not a karaoke issue. But, was at one restaurant where they allowed this large (10 or so) group to have extremely loud conversation. There were several request for a change in table location, including us. We also asked our wait staff to alert the manager. Nothing happened. Next day, we contacted the restaurant and the manager on duty at the time essentially replied that “it’s not his job to tell diners to keep their voices down.” Hm, have not been back to that place in 6 years, when we used to dine their every two months or so. Sad attitude!
