I am an actor and police dispatcher who spends far too much (or just the right amount...?) of time on BoredPanda. Only recently taken the plunge and posted something!

off weapon - offensive weapon - i didn't mean to abbreviate
I imagine she told the officers she kept it in her vehicle for self defense - oddly that means she could be charged with off weapon - because of the intent. If she had said she just happened to have it in her car and grabbed it to use in self defense just because it was there, it's different. It's the same with keys in hand. Never say you were walking around with them in hand to use 'just in case'. It's like admitting holding a weapon because of the prior intent of use.

yep that was me too... are Malaysia and the UK the only twl countries that do this? cause i swear all of my other friends from other countries don't

I'm from the UK, where we call the 'first floor' the 'ground floor'. First floor to us is one storey up. Took me a minute to process that this teacher wasn't some sort of superhuman... Still impressive, though! :)
There are only 2 in the little multipack Kitkats, in the UK at least.
