One night as I was sitting in my room, I came to the realization that I no longer needed all of those medications that the doctors were forcing me to take. So when I was released (some say escaped) from the Minnesota State Mental Hospital, I dumped all of my meds down the toilet, embraced my insanity, and created, "Off My Meds".
